We service all major brands: filter and membrane replacement, tank sanitisation, TDS testing before and after, and leak diagnosis — with genuine parts and a clear reading to prove the result.
How we do it
- 01 Test We measure TDS and flow rate to establish what the unit is actually delivering.
- 02 Replace & sanitise Due filters and membrane are replaced and the tank is flushed and sanitised.
- 03 Verify We re-test, show you the before and after readings, and note when the next service is due.

How often do RO filters need changing?
Pre-filters roughly every six to twelve months and the membrane every two to three years, though hard water shortens both.
Do you service all brands?

What TDS should my water be?
Drinking water generally sits comfortably between 50 and 150 ppm. We show you the reading at both ends of the service.
